Refunds
We do not offer refunds on unused tickets. All sales are final. You do have the option to transfer your ticket to a gift card for an equivalent amount within 30 days of the original event date. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a transfer. 

Transfers (eligibility)
To be eligible for a transfer, your ticket must be unused. To complete your ticket transfer, we require a receipt or proof of purchase be submitted in writing along with your desired transfer event. All requests for transfers can be emailed to artlyrocks@gmail.com with the subject: Ticket Transfer Request

Transfers (if applicable)
Once your ticket is transferred, we will send you an email to notify you that we have updated your ticket. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your transfer.
If you are approved, then your transfer will be processed within 3 business days.

If you haven’t received a transfer yet, first check your email again.

Unused Tickets
A Ticket is unused if it has not been redeemed on the event date. This includes event cancellations, which are rare, but do happen. An event is cancelled at the discretion of Artly Paint Parties. This could be for any reason, including but not limited to the threshold of tickets have not sold, if the venue requests a cancellation, or if an act of god creates a scenario in which holding the event would be unsafe for the ticket holders.
