How it works
1. Pick your date and time.
Click here to choose your date and time. Once you complete checkout, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the details of your booking.
2.Invite your guests.
The best part of having a private party is that you get to decide the guest list. Send out a cute invitation to your guests letting them know the major details.
3. Get ready to party creatively.
I take care of all the art supplies, table covers, aprons and anything else we might need to create art. All you have to do is kick back and enjoy spending time with your friends.

FAQs
How long do events last?
Typically about two hours, but if you’re short on time or have time to kill, I am flexible to suit your needs.Â
How many guests can I invite?
It only takes a minimum of 5 guests to book your private party. I can accommodate up to 40 but I would appreciate a heads up if you have a guest count over 20 so I can arrange to have an assistant with me. After all, I’m just one Paint Lady managing everyone’s questions and needs.Â
What do I need to arrange?
You’re in charge of the guest list, so you’ll handle the invitations, RSVPs, and questions from your guests. You’re also in charge of decor, collecting any money from your guests and things like allergies.
Can I choose the venue?
Absolutely! If you already have a place in mind, let me know and I’ll meet you there. If you’d like to use one of my venue partners (at no additional cost), then I’ll make the arrangements with them.
Are there food and drink options?
Refreshments aren’t included with your booking, but our venues have plenty of great food and delicious drinks for you to choose from. I’m happy to provide you with catering options as well if you want a truly hands free party experience.
Who sets up and cleans up after?
I take care of all the setup and clean-up of the art party areas. I usually arrive an hour early to setup and it takes about 30 minutes to break everything down. You’re in charge of cleaning your kitchen, though. I hate doing dishes.Â
